FARR Projects

FARR construction will start soon!

We are completing our plans and getting subcontractors lined up to start the FARR grant upgrade of the Pistol Range.  We have not yet set start/completion dates for the first phase of work but the Pistol Range will have to be shut down for some time (hopefully just a few months).  Please check the BISC website before coming up to shoot.

FARR recently approved our improved Archery Range design.  We are finalizing the design details and getting the package submitted to the city for permitting.  Hopefully, we will be able to do a lot of the common tasks at the same time (grading, foundation work, framing, etc.).

We will be starting to sign up volunteers to help out as soon as we get our plans in place.  All pistol shooters (we know who you are) should expect to be asked to sign up.  Please send your name, email, and phone number to
